Safouh Labanieh
Chairman
Safouh Labanieh is from Germany. He graduated from Münster University in 2002 with a degree in Informatics.
Safouh has worked and consulted in multiple countries over the past 20 years and was the founder and chairman of the German-Syrian Umbrella Association (VDSH) in Germany.
Since the Syrian war began in 2011, Safouh Labanieh has also accompanied and shaped the development of some German-Syrian organizations. Since 2022, he has served as Chair of Global Help's board.
Dr. Mohammad Rachid Al-Haj-Khalil
Vice Chairman
Dr. Rachid Khalil is from Germany. He graduated from Rostock University in 1993 with a doctorate degree in Internal Medicine. Khalil has served as chairman of the German-Syrian Organization (DSV) in Germany from 2017 until now supporting its constant development. Since 2022, he has served as Vice Chair of Global Help's board.

In addition, Safouh Labanieh has accompanied and shaped the development of the German-Syrian Organization (DSV) in Germany since the beginning of the Syrian war in 2011. He is currently the managing director of that organization.
Dr. Mohammad Rachid Al-Haj-Khalil

Dr. Khalil serves as a chairman in the German-Syrian Organization (DSV) in Germany supporting its constant development.
Dr. Khalil holds a doctorate degree in General Medicine. He is a health practitioner, thus providing the organization with relevant first-hand information from the medical sector.
Isabella Bronkalla
Treasurer
Ms. Isabella Bronkalla holds a Master’s degree in International Humanitarian Action, developed by the renowned NOHA network.
She possesses work experience with the German Embassy, Goethe Institute and GIZ GmbH.
Since 2017, Ms. Bronkalla is working as project manager for the German-Syrian Organization (DSV).
